At Catapult, we believe that doing qualitative research is easy – but doing it well requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, empathic listening skills and insightful creativity grounded in solid business experience.
Despite the growing array of sophisticated quantitative tools and powerful analytic solutions available today, sometimes the most profound insights and “ah-ha” moments emerge during the course of a well executed qualitative study.
Our interviewing style creates a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for respondents, allowing them to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions in a safe and respectful environment.
We are committed to providing responsive client service, impeccable project management, actionable insights and pragmatic recommendations to move your business forward effectively.

Using qualitative research to uncover powerful new learning and breakthrough insights is like peeling an onion. Often the most effective way to uncover how people think and behave is not to ask them directly, but to help them explore their thoughts and emotions using creative tools and projective techniques.
Depending on your specific objectives, we frequently incorporate one or more of these elements into our studies, either as a homework assignment or during the course of the conversation itself.
Our “toolbox” is constantly evolving and expanding and has included diaries, letters to a friend, digital or traditional collages, video or audio recordings, closed-eye visualization exercises, metaphors and the like.
